Just starting to work without having thought through what your team has learned from this spring and what is important this fall is often both a waste of time and talent. But how do we start the autumn with a common understanding around your mission, goals, working strategies and principles?

During the session you will learn from research-based knowledge, years of experience and specific suggestions. There will of course be room for reflection together with others. We will network in smaller groups.
